CRI is a company with humble beginnings, rooted in customer service. When a young business owner with a problem sat in their office with a voicemail technician 33 years ago, CRI was born. Those two men began working to fix a small problem together and left that office with a vision. Soon, CRI was helping Enterprise businesses throughout the New York metro region improve communications with their customers.
Today, we are proud to say that we have been named “The Premier Professional Services Company for Unified Communications” by Avaya and have customers all over the world. We have been incredibly fortunate to have built a unique team of talented individuals that share that same vision. We come to work everyday with the hope that we are told, “Everyone else says it can’t be done.”
