A message of thanks from our President and CEO Robert Gill
To all of our Customers, Partners, and Vendors,
Our 24th year in business closed as one for the CRI record books, an achievement only possible when partnerships are strong and commitments are successful. We truly appreciate your business, and we’re grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us.
Through November 2014, CRI completed over 600 installations and upgrades for unified communication environments supporting over 2 million end users, for enterprises ranging from 1,000 to 350,000 employees. On behalf of the growing CRI team I would like to express our thanks to our customers for choosing CRI as their real time unified communications and collaboration expert. We have worked diligently to shape our Firm to meet the needs expressed by our clients and are extremely grateful for the opportunities which have followed.
I personally would like to give special recognition to all of the talented team members we have had the pleasure of working with to deliver industry leading solutions. Each job we assembled a team comprised of Customers, Vendors and CRI staff. When you dig into the 600+ projects there are hundreds of thousands of “work hours”. Thank you for your diligence and sacrifice that is naturally associated with making complex work successful. There is nothing like watching talented people partner, collaborate and execute toward a common goal. Congratulations to all of you!
On behalf of everyone at CRI I would like to wish you a very Happy and prosperous 2015!
Sincerely,
Robert Gill
President and CEO, CRI

Honoring one of our own
CRI’s Favorite Veteran: Mr. Herb Bodtke
|
On November 11th, Veterans Day, our nation will honor the men and
women who have served and defended the United States of America.
I have had the privilege to work alongside a distinguished veteran, Herb Bodtke, CRI’s recently retired Executive Vice President. Herb is a Vietnam Era Navy veteran, he served on the USS Pargo, a Sturgeon-class nuclear submarine. Herb and I recently attended the commissioning ceremony of a new nuclear submarine in New London, CT at the US Navy Submarine Base. Herb shared with me some of his best Navy stories, such as when he was new to the sub in the 60’s, the Captain pulled him aside and lead him to one of the most important systems on the boat, the Coca Cola machine. The Captain instructed Herb to always make sure it works and it is always full. A second and beautifully sentimental story, was that his wife wrote him a letter every day he was in the service and she sprayed every letter with her perfume, which Herb apparently liked quite a bit.
Every employee at CRI would like to extend our gratitude and thanks to Herb and to all veterans. Herb has always been a fine role model and continues to be a great friend to us all.
Respectfully, Gil Engels
